Drejtuese e "Shoqata për Zhvillim Mediatik", SHZHM që prej vitit 2008. Gjithashtu pedagoge pranë Universitetit "Ismail Qemali" Vlorë, në Gazetari, Media dhe Komunikim.
Shoqata për Zhvillim Mediatik përbëhet nga një grup gazetarësh profesionistë dhe juristësh, specialist të mjedisit, ekonomisë, etj, të cilët janë të vlerësuar në rrethet e tyre, për këtë arsye dhe idetë e tyre përkrahen nga shoqëria dhe njerëzit e fushave, ku bëjnë pjesë. ”Shoqata për Zhvillim Mediatik” është në gjendje që të afrojë specialistët më të mirë të fushave dhe të afrojë median me publikun, në mënyrë që t’i shërbejnë njëri tjetrit dhe të bashkëpunojnë. Shoqata “Për Zhvillim Mediatik” është themeluar me vendim nr. 2241, dt, 18 prill 2008.
1. Shoqata për Zhvillim Mediatik nga 1 mars 2009 deri 30 dhjetor 2009 ka zhvilluar projektin “Komuniteti Rom, pjesë esenciale e integrimit kulturor”. Projekti u mbështet nga program “Arts and culture netëork Program”, Soros Budapest dhe Fondacioni OSI-ZUG në shumën 4 000 USD. Projekti u fokusua në aktivitetet kulturore të performuara nga vet fëmijët, në fund t të cilëve u dhanë dhe cmime. Fëmijët romë dhe shqiptarë morën pjesë në aktivitete të përbashkëta të cilat u shfaqën në programin për fëmijë te Koha Televizion. Projekti u realizua në bashkëpunim me Koha Televizion.
2. “Parandalimi i sëmundjeve gjenetike”, është projekti që u zbatua në periudhën 01.07.2010-31.12.2010. Ky project u mbështet nga OSFA, Fondacioni I Shoqërisë së Hapur për Shqipërinë, në shumën 8 150 USD. Qëllimi i këtij projekti është njohja dhe parandalimi I sëmundjeve gjenetike, rritja e aftësive profesionale të mjekëve për diagnostifikimin e hershëm të sëmundjeve gjenetike, duke nisur nga mjekët e përgjithshëm, ata gjinekolog dhe deri të konsultores. Një tjetër qëllim i projektit ishte sensibilizimi i prindërve të rinj për të bërë analizat gjenetike. Projekti u nda në dy faza. Faza e parë ishte në shumën 5 950 USD, ndërsa faza e dytë 2 200 USD.
3. “Të njohim resurset e Luginës së Matit dhe Rrugës së Arbërit” është projekti që u zbatua në periudhën 05.05.2011 deri më 05.11.2011. Ky project u mbështet nga Agjencia për Mbështetjen e Shoqërisë Civile, (AMSHC). Qëlllimi i këtij projekti ishte njohja e mediave dhe nëpërmjet tyre i gjithë publikut me resurset natyrore dhe turistike të Luginës së Matit dhe Rrugës së Arbërit që është në ndërtim. Aktivitetet konsistuan në disa udhëtime me disa media në Rrugën e Arbërit dhe Luginën e Matit. U zhvilluan takime me komunitetin, si dhe u bënë disa shkrime në gazeta, kronika në lajme dhe emisione televizive. Shuma që u dha për zbatimin e projektit është 530 000 lekë.
4. Shoqata për Zhvillim Mediatik ka zhvilluar projektin: “Plani I Zhvillimit të Eko-turizmit në Komunën Ulëz”. Ky project u mbështet nga ALCDF, Fondacioni për Zhvillimin e Kapaciteteve Lokale, në shumën 505 050 lekë. Qëllimi I këtij projekti ishte ngritja e kapaciteteve locale të kësaj komune në pritjen e turistëve, duke hartuar një plan zhvillimi dhe strategji ,bi eko-turizmin në këtë zonë. U zhvilluan disa takime me banorë, mësues si dhe u trajnua stafi I Komunës lidhur me turizmit. Pajisja me një plan zhvillimi e ndihmon Komunën, që jo vetëm t’i mbroj, por dhe t’I zhvilloj mundësitë turistike që ka zona.
5. Shoqata për Zhvillim Mediatik ka nënshkuar projektin: “Hartimi i projektit të karbonit me bazë komunitetin e Komunës Xibër, Mat”. Ky project u mbështet nga ALCDF, Fondacioni për Zhvillimin e Kapaciteteve Lokale, në shumën 500.000 lekë. Koha e zbatimit është 01.09. 2012-01.05.2013.
6. Shoqata për Zhvillim Mediatik mori pjesë në ALForum 2025, i cili u zhvillua në Tiranë nga data 18 deri më 20 qershor 2025. Ky forum përfaqëson një nga ngjarjet më të rëndësishme rajonale të shoqërisë civile në hapësirën e Euro-Mesdheut, dhe organizohet nga Fondacioni Anna Lindh – një rrjet ndërkombëtar që promovon dialogun ndërkulturor, bashkëjetesën paqësore dhe bashkëpunimin ndërmjet popujve të vendeve të Mesdheut.
Projektet tona:
Plani i Zhvillimit të Eko-turizmit në Komunën Ulëz
Shoqata për Zhvillim Mediatik në vitin 2012 ka zhvilluar projektin: “Plani i Zhvillimit të Eko-turizmit në Komunën Ulëz”. Ky project u mbështet nga ALCDF, Fondacioni për Zhvillimin e Kapaciteteve Lokale, në shumën 505 050 lekë. Qëllimi i këtij projekti ishte ngritja e kapaciteteve lokale të kësaj komune në pritjen e turistëve, duke hartuar një plan zhvillimi dhe strategji mbi eko-turizmin në këtë zonë. U zhvilluan disa takime me banorë, mësues si dhe u trajnua stafi i Komunës lidhur me turizmit. Gjithashtu u zhvillua një panair agro-ushqimor dhe disa aktivitete artistike. Pajisja me një plan zhvillimi e ndihmon Komunën, që jo vetëm t’i mbroj, por dhe t’i zhvilloj mundësitë turistike që ka zona.
Duaje Natyren
Shoqata për Zhvillim Mediatik me mbështetjen e Bashkisë së Tiranës realizoi Projektin “Duaje Natyrën”. Projekti u zhvillua në periudhën nga 01.06.2017 deri më 01.12.2017. Konkretisht u realizuan disa shfaqje teatrale nga nxënësit e përzgjedhur në 4 shkolla 9-vjeçare, tema e të cilave ishte mbrojtja e mjedisit. Shfaqjet u dhanë para nxënësve dhe mësuesve të këtyre shkollave me qëllim sensibilizimin e fëmijëve dhe të rinjëve në mbrojtje të mjedisit. Gjithashtu nxënësit mbollën dhe pemë në oborret e shkollave të tyre, si dhe zhvilluan disa aktivitete pastrimi. Shkollat ku u zhvilluan aktivitetet ishin: Shkolla e Kuqe, Jeronim De Rada, Pjeter Budi, Lidhja e Prizrenit.
Lajmëtari i Gjimnazistit
Shoqata për Zhvillim Mediatik, në bashkëpunim me Bashkinë e Tiranës, gjatë periudhës 1 janar – 1 qershor 2018, realizoi me sukses projektin “Lajmëtari i Gjimnazistit”. Ky projekt synonte fuqizimin e zërit të nxënësve dhe promovimin e shkrimit krijues, mendimit kritik dhe qytetarisë aktive përmes krijimit dhe menaxhimit të një gazete online në shkollat e mesme të Tiranës. Në kuadër të projektit, u krijua dhe u publikua një gazetë online në 8 shkolla të mesme të përgjithshme të kryeqytetit: “Partizani”, “Petro Nini Luarasi”, “Andon Z. Çajupi”, “Sami Frashëri”, “Arben Broci”, “Besnik Sykja”, “Ismail Qemali” dhe “Sinan Tafaj”. Gazetat u konceptuan si hapësira virtuale, ku nxënësit kishin mundësinë të shprehnin opinionet e tyre, të raportonin mbi ngjarjet e brendshme të shkollës, të promovonin aktivitete kulturore dhe sociale, si dhe të trajtonin çështje me rëndësi për të rinjtë.
Association on Media Development (AMD) consists of a group of professional journalists and lawyers, environmental and economic specialists etc., whose values are recognized in their professional areas and therefore their ideas are supported by society and the people in the areas they carry out their activities. AMD is able to bring the best specialists of the field and approach the public through the media so that they can serve each other and collaborate to the best mutual interest. AMD was established by Court decision no. 2241 dated April 18, 2008.
Its core focus as described in the Articles of Foundation and Articles of Association the active promotion of the best and most effective practices for the protection of environment, biodiversity, forests in support of tourism and economic development.
The purpose of AMD is to raise public and state and non-state institutions awareness for supporting tourism and environmental protection and activating communities in order to achieve this, also in interest of the economic progress in these communities. Some references of our organization are:
1. AMD starting from March 1, 2009 until December 30, 2009 has been developing the project "Roma community, an essential part of cultural integration". The project was supported by the program "Arts and Culture Network Program", Budapest Soros and OSI-ZUG Foundation in the amount 5,000 USD. The project focused on cultural activities performed by children, at the end of which was provided and prices. Roma and Albanians participated in joint activities which were featured in the program for children Television. The project was conducted in collaboration with Time Television.
2. "Prevention of genetic disease" is a project that was implemented in the period 01.07.2010-31.12.2010. This project was supported by OSFA, Open Society Foundation for Albania, amounting to 8,150 USD. The purpose of this project is the recognition and prevention of genetic diseases; increase the professional skills of doctors for early diagnosis of genetic diseases, ranging from general practitioners, gynecologists and until they advisory. Another aim of the project was to raise awareness of young parents to make genetic analysis. The project was divided into two phases. The first phase was in the amount 11,150 USD, while the second phase 7,000 USD.
3. "Knowing Mat Valley and Arbëri Road resources" a project that was implemented in the period 05.05.2011 up to 05.11.2011. This project was supported by the Agency for the Promotion of Civil Society (ASCS). Purpose of this project was to introduce the media and through them the entire public with the natural tourist resources of the Mat Valley and Route Arbëri that is under construction. Activities consisted of several trips of some journalists on the Road of Arber and Mat Valley. Meetings were held with the community, and there were some newspaper articles, news stories and television shows. The amount that was awarded for the implementation of the project is 530,000 lek.
4. AMD has developed the project: "Development Plan of Eco-tourism in the Municipality Ulez". This project was supported by ALCDF, Foundation for Local Capacity Development, amounting to 505,000 lek. The purpose of this project was to increase the local capacity of the municipality to welcome the tourists and drafting a development plan and strategy. Several meetings were held with residents and staff of the Municipality. The device with a development plan of the municipality helps, not only to protect, but also to develop the tourism potential of the area.
5. AMD has developed the project: “Preparation of the project for carbon sequestration in Xibri commune, Mat”. That project was financially supported by the ALCDF, Local Capacity Development Foundation, amounting 500,000 ALL. Time frame for the project was 01.09. 2012-01.05.2013.
6. The Media Development Association participated in ALForum 2025, held in Tirana from June 18 to June 20, 2025. This forum is considered one of the most important regional events for civil society in the Euro-Mediterranean area and is organized by the Anna Lindh Foundation – an international network that promotes intercultural dialogue, peaceful coexistence, and cooperation among the peoples of the Mediterranean region.
Eco-Tourism Development Plan in the Municipality of Ulëz
In 2012, the Association for Media Development implemented the project: “Eco-Tourism Development Plan in the Municipality of Ulëz.” This project was supported by ALCDF (Albanian Local Capacity Development Foundation) with funding in the amount of 505,050 ALL. The aim of the project was to build the local capacity of the municipality in hosting tourists by drafting a development plan and strategy focused on eco-tourism in the area. Several meetings were held with residents and teachers, and the municipal staff was trained in matters related to tourism. An agro-food fair and several artistic activities were also organized. Equipping the Municipality with a development plan helps not only to protect but also to promote and expand the tourism opportunities available in the region.
Love Nature
The Media Development Association, with the support of the Municipality of Tirana, implemented the project "Love Nature." The project took place from June 1, 2017, to December 1, 2017. Specifically, several theatrical performances were organized by selected students from four 9-year schools, with environmental protection as their central theme. These performances were presented to the students and teachers of the respective schools with the aim of raising awareness among children and youth about protecting the environment. In addition, the students planted trees in their schoolyards and carried out various cleaning activities. The schools where the activities were conducted included: Shkolla e Kuqe, Jeronim De Rada, Pjeter Budi, and Lidhja e Prizrenit.
The High School Herald
The Media Development Association, in collaboration with the Municipality of Tirana, successfully implemented the project “The High School Herald” from January 1st to June 1st, 2018. This project aimed to empower students’ voices and promote creative writing, critical thinking, and active citizenship through the creation and management of an online school newspaper in Tirana’s high schools. As part of the project, an online newspaper was created and published in eight general secondary schools in the capital: “Partizani”, “Petro Nini Luarasi”, “Andon Z. Çajupi”, “Sami Frashëri”, “Arben Broci”, “Besnik Sykja”, “Ismail Qemali”, and “Sinan Tafaj”. These newspapers were designed as virtual spaces where students could express their opinions, report on school events, promote cultural and social activities, and address youth-related issues.
